Who we are

PersonaX ("we") runs askpersonax.com, a service that tests ideas on simulated AI personas. We are based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: team.personax@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account details you give when you register: email address, full name, phone number, and optionally your company and how you heard about us.

Sign-in data: you sign in with an email code or with Google. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which receives your email and, for Google sign-in, your name and profile data from Google.

Your work in the product: the ideas, messages, questions and answers you enter, the studies and reports generated for you, and files you add.

Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in and basic logs from our servers.

How we use it

To run your account, approve access, generate studies and reports, and answer you when you contact us. We do not sell your data.

To produce results, the text you enter is sent to AI model providers (Google Gemini models) for processing.

Who handles it for us

Clerk (sign-in), Google (sign-in and AI models), Railway (hosting), Neon (database), Supabase (file storage and our registration list), Calendly (demo booking) and our email provider for account emails. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

Personas

Personas in the product are simulated characters built from aggregated survey data. They are not real individuals' personal profiles.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to team.personax@gmail.com. We keep your data while your account exists and delete it on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

We update this page when our practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
